Water Fitness Classes 

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 9:00 am

Free with paid admission or pool pass. 

Kick off you morning right by joining the instructor, Virginia, for a morning warm up for those joints and muscles. This class is very low impact and great for those with mobility and arthritis issues.  

The Arthritis Water Aerobics meets year round in the heated indoor pool. There is no need to register, simply join us as your schedule allows!

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Free with paid admission or pool pass.

This class is led by one of two instructors, Cindy or Jackie. This class focuses on keeping your body moving with resistance exercises. This class is low impact and great for those looking to get started with water fitness. 

The Friends Water Aerobics meets all year long in the heated indoor pool. No preregistration required.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Free with paid admission or pool pass.

Join the instructor, Linda, for your evening workout. This class is low to medium impact and focuses on gaining muscular strength and cardio endurance.

The Evening Water Aerobics meets year round in the heated indoor pool. There is no need to register, simply join us!
